About the test
How is my answer marked?
Green means your answer has the same words as the key. Case, punctuation, words in brackets and small words like the, a and of are ignored, and a one-letter typo in a longer word is allowed.
Orange means your answer shares a word with the key but is not the same, so it is not fully right. Check the key and decide for yourself.
Red means your answer has nothing in common with the key, or the box was left empty.
Where do the answers come from?
The Arabic is the Indo-Pak script, word for word as in the Huroof workbooks. The key is the English word-by-word translation from the Quranic Universal Library (QUL) by Tarteel. Where the Indo-Pak text writes one word as two, the meaning was split to match, and each change is logged.
It can still get things wrong
The data was matched to the words and the marking rules were written with AI assistance, then checked by script and by eye. A good answer in different words can still be marked orange or red. If a meaning or a mark looks wrong, please tell us.
